4. Pre-Orders & Deposits
- Certain products may be available for pre-order before their official release or availability.
- A non-refundable deposit of [50%] is required at the time of pre-order to secure your purchase.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the product is dispatched to you. Failure to complete the final payment within 5 business days of notification may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
- Delivery estimates for pre-ordered items are provided as guidance but are subject to change.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver Australia-wide and work with trusted couriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Shipping times may vary based on your location and courier delays.
- You must provide a valid shipping address where someone over 18 can receive the delivery.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to accept it, additional charges will apply for re-delivery.

- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence.
- Pre-Orders: The deposit for pre-ordered products is non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order.
